Success in the Classroom

STANFORD, Calif. – Boasting a 3.841 team GPA for 2020-21, the Stanford women's lacrosse team has been named to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Academic Honor squad.

Stanford, which won both the Pac-12 regular season and tournament titles in 2021, was one of five conference teams to be recognized.

Additionally, 14 Cardinal players earned IWLCA Academic Honor Roll recognition – Ali Baiocco (science, technology and society), Maggie Bellaschi (sociology), Natalie Bond (psychology), Caitlin Chicoski (human biology), Julia Cooper (science, technology and society), Katherine Gjertsen (symbolic systems), Trudie Grattan (human biology), Helen Johnson (human biology), Jacie Lemos (human biology), Galen Lew (science, technology and society), Gabby Noto (science, technology and society), Kyra Pelton (sustainable design engineering), Chelsea Trattner (symbolic systems) and Mikaela Watson (product design).

To be eligible for the academic honor roll, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.
