Dalton Schultz started and totaled six catches for 58 yards with a touchdown in the Cowboys' win over the Panthers. Schultz has caught a touchdown in consecutive weeks and has scored three touchdowns in the past two weeks. Through four weeks, he is the second-highest graded tight end in the NFL, trailing only Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs.

A pair of former Cardinal players made their season debuts, while Curtis Robinson made his first career NFL appearance.
- Tight end Colby Parkinson made his season debut with the Seattle Seahawks, playing 68% of offensive snaps.
- Linebacker Curtis Robinson was elevated to the Broncos active roster and played 57% of special teams snaps in his NFL debut.
- Cornerback Richard Sherman signed with the Bucs and started in his first game back, a 19-17 win over New England. Sherman tallied seven solo tackles, a fumble recovery and a QB hurry, playing 58 of 59 snaps four days after signing.

- Cornerback Paulson Adebo made four tackles (three solo) in a 27-21 overtime loss to the New York Giants. Adebo made his fourth consecutive start to begin his rookie campaign.
- Henry Anderson made one tackle in the Patriots' 19-17 loss to Tampa Bay in Tom Brady's Homecoming on Sunday Night Football.
- Wide receiver J.J. Arcega-Whiteside forced a fumble and made two tackles on special teams in the Eagles' 42-30 loss to the Chiefs. He graded out as a 90.9 on special teams plays according to PFF.
- Jake Bailey had four punts, including two inside the 20, while averaging 47.0 yards per punt in the Patriots' 19-17 loss to Tampa Bay.
- Drew Dalman played four special teams snaps in the Falcons' 34-30 loss to Washington.
- Tight end Zach Ertz had six catches for 60 yards in Philadelphia's 42-30 loss to Kansas City.
- Offensive lineman Cameron Fleming was active but did not play in the Broncos' loss to the Ravens.
- Offensive lineman Nate Herbig started and played all 74 snaps in the Eagles' loss to the Chiefs.
- Tight end Austin Hooper started and caught one pass for 11 yards, as the Browns defense dominated the Vikings offense en route to a 14-7 victory.
- Wide receiver Trenton Irwin had a key 25-yard reception, playing 16 snaps in the Bengals' 24-21 win over Jacksonville on Thursday Night Football.
- Quarterback Davis Mills made his second consecutive start in a loss to the Bills.
- Ty Montgomery had three receptions for 42 yards and two rushing attempts for seven yards in an overtime loss to the Giants. Pro Football Focus graded him with a 74.6.
- Linebacker Bobby Okereke started and had eight tackles, a pass defensed and a QB hurry, totaling a 90.3 defensive grade by PFF.
- Offensive lineman Andrus Peat started and played every offensive snap in the Saints' loss to the Giants. He did not allow a sack or hit.
- Defensive lineman Harrison Phillips made one solo tackle and had one QB hurry in the Bills' 40-0 win over Houston.
- Safety Justin Reid started and had six tackles (five solo) in a setback to the Bills.
- Outside linebacker Brennan Scarlett started and made two tackles in the Dolphins' loss to the Colts.
- Kaden Smith played 18 total snaps in an overtime win against the SAints.
- Solomon Thomas made two tackles, had a QB hit and a pass defensed in a 28-14 loss on Monday Night Football to the Chargers.
- Casey Toohill had a QB hit on eight defensive snaps and added one special teams tackle on 23 special teams snaps in a 34-30 win over the Falcons.
