STANFORD, Calif. – Coming off its first NCAA Super Regional appearance since 2011, Stanford released a strong slate of games for the 2023 season. In addition to the always-stellar list of contests in Pac-12 play, the schedule includes non-conference games against defending national champion Oklahoma, perennial power Michigan, and Duke.
All told, Stanford has 32 games against 2022 NCAA tournament qualifiers, including 14 against teams that reached a Super Regional a year ago.
Jumping right in, Stanford will open the 2023 season with a game against tournament-qualifier LMU on February 9 from the Mark Campbell Classic in Irvine, Calif. The Cardinal will then play Oklahoma on February 10, followed by games with San Jose State and Duke – which made Super Regionals a year ago – on February 11. The Mark Campbell Classic concludes on February 12 with another game against a tournament team in Liberty.
The Cardinal, which will open the year with 11 straight games away from home, will travel to Athens, Ga. in week two as it participates in the Red & Black Showcase hosted by Georgia. Stanford will play a pair of games against Charlotte and Georgia, and one against St. John's, over the three days from February 17-19.
A midweek game against Santa Clara follows on February 22 before Stanford returns home to host the annual Stanford Invitational from February 24-26. The invitational will feature two games against Michigan and Boise State, and one against Nevada.
The home slate continues March 1 when UC Davis pays a visit to The Farm before Stanford's DeMarini Invitational from March 3-4 lures Miami (OH) and Villanova out west for two games apiece – two more teams that made the NCAA tournament a year ago.
Following a 10-game homestand, Stanford will travel to Kansas for five games, including one at Wichita State on March 9 and four from the Jayhawk Invitational March 10-11.
The Pac-12 schedule begins on March 17 when the Cardinal travels to Eugene, Ore. for three with Oregon.
Stanford's 2022 Super Regional opponent, Oregon State, will return to The Farm March 24-26 before Stanford visits Cal State Fullerton for a non-conference tilt on March 29.

California following the game against the Titans, visiting UCLA for three beginning on March 31.
Arizona's trip to Stanford from April 6-8 will conclude a stretch of three consecutive weekends in which the Cardinal will face a conference opponent that finished its season in Oklahoma City at the Women's College World Series.
Conference play rolls on April 14-16 as Stanford visits Utah for a three-game series ahead of a clash with BYU in Provo, Utah on April 17.
Bay Area rival California will be on campus April 21-23 before Stanford travels to Fresno State (April 26) and Pac-12 champion Arizona State (April 28-30).
The final regular-season homestand features games against Sacramento State on May 3 and a three-game series with Washington from May 5-7.
The inaugural Pac-12 Softball Championship will be held May 10-13 at Arizona's Hillenbrand Stadium at the conclusion of the 2023 regular season.
NCAA Regionals will commence on May 18, with Super Regionals (May 25-28) and the Women's College World Series (June 1-9) to follow.
