Cardinal Releases 2023 Slate

STANFORD, Calif. -  Stanford women's soccer released its 2023 fall schedule this week, headlined by home matches against Duke (September 2) and Santa Clara (September 17).

The Cardinal – which has won a pair of national titles in the last six years – will play a 19-match season this fall, with 10 contested on The Farm at Laird Q. Cagan Stadium.

Stanford opens the season on August 17 when it travels to San Diego for a 7 p.m. kickoff. The Cardinal will also pay visits to UC Irvine (August 20), Virginia Commonwealth (September 7) and Georgetown (September 10) in nonconference play.

Pac-12 play will begin on September 22 when the Cardinal visits Washington State at 7 p.m.

The Cardinal will play nine games on the Pac-12 Networks this fall, including conference matches at home against Arizona State (September 28), Oregon (October 22) and California (November 3). Stanford will also welcome Arizona (October 1), Washington (October 14) and Oregon State (October 19) to The Farm in conference play.

This fall marks the 21st season under the direction of Paul Ratcliffe, the Knowles Family Director of Women's Soccer. Ratcliffe owns a 356-66-35 record in his tenure on The Farm, having led the Cardinal to three national titles and the NCAA tournament in all but one season while at the helm.

Season ticket members can renew their tickets starting on July 11 and fans may place a season ticket deposit to be first in line to select their seats before season tickets go on-sale to the general public by visiting gostanford.com/tickets.
