2023 Slate Unveiled

2023 Schedule Opens in a new window

STANFORD, Calif. - Stanford's 2023 schedule has been released with ten games taking place on The Farm. The team's campaign will feature an impressive nonconference slate before beginning Pac-12 play.

Stanford starts the season with an exhibition game against Sacramento State on August 13. The match will be free and open to the public at Cagan Stadium at 3 p.m.

The regular season begins on August 24 as the Cardinal plays host to 2022 College Cup semifinalist Creighton at 3 p.m. It's the second straight season Stanford has faced off against the Bluejays after earning a 1-1 draw last year in Omaha.

The opening weekend for Stanford continues with another strong nonconference opponent as Georgetown visits The Farm on August 27 at 1 p.m., the first meeting between the two teams since 2019. Last season, the Hoyas advanced to the second round of the NCAA tournament and finished with an overall record of 12-6-3.

Stanford will head on the road to face two California opponents next in San Jose State and UC Irvine before returning for the conference opener against Washington on September 14 at 7 p.m. to kick off a three-game homestand.

Following its southern California road trip at the end of September, Stanford returns home for the final nonconference games of the regular season, taking on Santa Clara on October 9 at 6 p.m. and San Francisco on October 12 at 6 p.m. at Cagan Stadium.

Three straight games away from home against Oregon State, Washington, and California conclude the final road trip of the season, before the Cardinal wraps up the schedule with three more games at home.

The Cardinal hosts the southern California conference rivals the first weekend of November, facing San Diego State on November 2 at 7 p.m. and UCLA on November 5 at 4 p.m. The Big Clasico wraps up the regular season a week later, as Stanford welcomes California on November 11 at 5 p.m.

Stanford will look to build on a successful 2022 season which saw the team return to the postseason and host second and third round NCAA tournament games.

Season ticket membership renewals and Cardinal Kids Club will launch on July 11 at www.gostanford.com/tickets. Fans may place a season ticket deposit to be first in line to select their seats before season tickets go on-sale to the general public.

Single match tickets will go on-sale in August. Groups of 15+ can get a head start on single match tickets in July, call/email the ticket office (800) STANFORD or athleticstickets@stanford.edu.
