CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. - A program-record seven Cardinal wrestlers have advanced to the Southern Scuffle, presented by Compound Sportswear, semifinals on Monday at McKenzie Arena.
Stanford sits atop the team standings after day one of the tournament with 97 points. Indiana (81.5) and Oklahoma (77.5) round out the top 3. All 14 Cardinal are still active in the brackets.
Stanford had 11 wrestlers reach the quarterfinals with every weight represented, including two at 157 pounds. Seven of the 11 punched their tickets into the semifinals - No. 11 Nico Provo (125), No. 27 Jason Miranda (141), No. 10 Jaden Abas (149), No. 7 Daniel Cardenas (157), No. 22 Lorenzo Norman (174), No. 15 Nick Stemmet (197) and Peter Ming (285).

Day two at the Southern Scuffle begins at 8 a.m. PT with a consolation round followed by the semifinals at 10 a.m. PT on FloWrestling.
