FOR THE FIRST TIME in progam history, the Cardinal squash team took home a conference crown. The team won the Mid-Atlantic Squash Conference in its second year competing in the conference, en route to a fifth-place national finish.
Stanford (9-5), which finished with its most victories since a 14-win campaign in 2018, has now posted consecutive winning seasons after an 0-11 2021-22 season. In fitting fashion, the Cardinal was named the CSA's Most Improved Team.
Head coach Mark Talbott was named MASC Coach of the Year thanks to the team's strong season, with freshman Madison Ho earning MASC Rookie of the Year honors as well. Ho joined senior Si Yi Ma as a CSA All-American honoree.
The Card saw 12 named to the MASC All-Academic Team as well, to round out a strong season in the classroom as well.
