- For the first time since the 2016 season, Stanford women's gymnastics will compete at the NCAA Championships in Fort Worth, Texas April 18-20. The Cardinal takes on No. 2 LSU, No. 3 California, and No. 12 Arkansas in Semifinals Session I Thursday, April 18 at 1:30 p.m. PT.
- The Cardinal enters with the fourth-best NQS of the afternoon session and will begin the meet on bars. Start order of the meet was randomly assigned, with the team with the highest NQS starting on vault, second-highest starting on floor, third-highest starting on beam and fourth-highest starting on bars. The meet will be broadcast on ESPN2 with John Roethlisberger, Aly Raisman and Taylor Davis on the call. Each apparatus will have its own individual stream with commentary. Samantha Peszek and Bridget Sloan will lead commentary on the vault and beam streams and Anastasia Webb and Kennedy Baker will take on commentary on the bars and floor streams.
- Stanford earned its spot at the NCAA Championships after a second-place finish at the NCAA Regional Finals Sunday, April 7 at Haas Pavilion. Down .100 going into the final rotation, the Cardinal came through and matched its best floor rotation of the year to secure the victory in Berkeley. Fifth-year Chloe Widner stepped up to the floor anchoring the rotation with Stanford needing a 9.875 to tie and came through with her first career 10.000 on the event for the perfect storybook ending to the meet.
- The Cardinal is the first unseeded team to make nationals in its new format (since 2019). The last unseeded team to make the national championship meet before the format change was Kent State in 2011, as the Golden Flashes earned a spot in the 12-team semifinals after upsetting the Cardinal (among other programs) at the Ann Arbor Regional.
- No matter its result at the NCAA Championships, the Cardinal will finish at least 10 spots above its 2023 final ranking.
