STANFORD, Calif. - Stanford women's gymnastics announced its 2025 schedule Wednesday, featuring four meets inside Maples Pavilion. The Cardinal will compete in 11 regular-season meets during the 2025 season and is slated to face 14 opponents, six ranked in the top 25 of the final 2024 standings, throughout its campaign.
The Cardinal kicks off its 2025 season in Seattle, taking on host Washington, Boise State and UC Davis Jan. 10 in a quad meet scheduled for a 6:30 p.m. start.
Eight days later, Stanford participates in its inaugural Atlantic Coast Conference dual meet, welcoming the NC State Wolfpack to Maples on Jan. 18 at 2 p.m.
The Cardinal then makes its first east coast trip of the season, traveling 2,593 air miles to Pittsburgh to take on the Pitt Panthers Jan. 26 at 1 p.m. PT.
Stanford heads back to the friendly confines of The Farm for its next ACC meet, taking on UNC Jan. 31 at 7 p.m. The Cardinal then makes the short trip across the bay to Berkeley, Calif., for its ACC matchup with California Feb. 7 at 7 p.m.
After two meets in the Bay Area, the Cardinal makes its final regular-season cross-country trip to Clemson, S.C., to take on Clemson Feb. 23 at 1 p.m. PT.
The Cardinal wraps up the regular season with a packed schedule, competing in four meets in sixteen days. After hosting a quad meet against California, Oregon State and UC Davis Feb. 28 at 7 p.m., the Cardinal travels to Los Angeles, Calif. to meet up with former Pac-12 conference opponent UCLA on March 9. The meet is slated for a 5:30 p.m. start and will be televised by the Big Ten Network.
Stanford then heads back to Maples for Senior Night, taking on Denver March 14 at 6 p.m. Two days later, the Cardinal travels back to Berkeley to battle with the Golden Bears, Arizona State and San José State in a quad meet March 16 at 2 p.m.
The ACC Championship is set for March 22 at the Greensboro Stadium in Greensboro, N.C. The conference championships will be split into two meets, with the regular-season results determining seeding. The two ACC teams with the fifth and sixth-best records will compete in the first session of the championships, while the first, second, third and fourth seeds will compete in the second session of the league title meet.
NCAA Regionals are scheduled for April 2-6 at university sites in Tuscaloosa, Ala., University Park, Pa., Salt Lake City, and Seattle. The 2025 NCAA Championships are scheduled for April 17-19 inside Dickie's Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.
Stanford enters the 2025 season after a record-setting 2024 campaign, going from a 52nd national ranking in week one to finishing as the fifth-best team in the nation. The program, guided by its mission to O.W.N. It (Our Work Now) and three of the program’s best team performances in its storied history, became the first unseeded team to make nationals in its new format (since 2019) and the first unseeded team to make the national championship meet in any format since 2011. Individually, sophomore Anna Roberts captured the 2024 NCAA Vault Championship title, bringing home the Cardinal's first NCAA individual championship since Elizabeth Price's floor title in 2018.
The Cardinal returns all but eight routines from its 2024 NCAA Championship lineup and will be aided in the addition of College Gym News’ seventh-ranked incoming freshman class of Olympian and five-star recruit Levi Jung-Ruiviar, fellow five-star recruits Ui Soma and Jaime Dugan and four-star incomers Alana Walker and Kendra Chang.
Season tickets are available for sale for the Cardinal’s four home meets starting at just $30. For more information about Stanford Women’s Gymnastics home meets tickets, visit this link.
