LOS ANGELES – No. 10 Stanford was held to a season-low attack percentage in a straight set loss at No. 2 UCLA, 25-22, 25-22, 25-22, Friday in Pauley Pavilion.
UCLA (12-3, 2-0 MSF) hit .253 as a team while holding Stanford (7-8, 0-2 MPSF) to a .076 clip. The Bruins also out blocked the Cardinal 14.5 to 8.5, held a 24-17 advantage in digs and a 5-3 edge in aces.
Middle blocker Luke McFall was the lone bright spot for Stanford, registering seven kills on 12 errorless swings to hit .583. The junior was also in on four blocks for the Cardinal.
Setter Theoren Brouillette turned in 22 assists, three digs and a kill. Libero Evan Porter notched two digs and two assists.

Outside hitter Theo Snoey led the team with nine kills, three digs, two blocks and an ace. Opposite Moses Wagner finished with five kills and a team-best six digs and five blocks, while freshman Kaumana Carreira chipped in with four blocks.

Outside hitter Nate Clinton had two kills, two aces, a dig and a block. Junior Ryan DuRoss replaced Clinton in the middle of the third set and posted two kills on two swings.
UCLA was led by outside hitter Cooper Robinson, who recorded a match-high 15 kills on a .520 attack percentage and seven blocks.
Stanford returns to The Farm next week, playing host to No. 8 Pepperdine on March 14-15. Friday’s match will be played in Burnham Pavilion, while Saturday’s contest will take place in Maples Pavilion.
