CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Weeks after announcing a move to an 18-game league schedule, the Atlantic Coast Conference has announced matchups for the 2025-26 campaign. Under the new format, schools will participate in home and homes with their designated rival, as well as with an additional rotating program, and 14 single games, home or away. There is one school that each program will not compete against in each season.
Stanford’s home and homes for the 2025-26 campaign will be California and Notre Dame. The Cardinal went 3-0 against Cal a year ago – the first under Anne and Tony Joseph Director of Men’s Basketball Kyle Smith. Stanford dropped a road contest at Notre Dame in March in the first ACC meeting against the Irish.
The Cardinal will have an exciting home slate of ACC games in 2025-26, as Stanford will welcome Duke, North Carolina, Louisville, Clemson, SMU, Pittsburgh and Georgia Tech, in addition to the Golden Bears and Fighting Irish. Stanford’s road games will come at Florida State, Miami, NC State, Wake Forest, Virginia, Virginia Tech and Boston College, while Stanford will not face Syracuse next year.
