STANFORD, Calif. – Juliette Dhalluin was named MPSF/Delfina Player of the Week for Feb. 24 after guiding No. 1 Stanford to a 16-11 victory over No. 5 Arizona State over the weekend.
Stanford (7-0, 1-0 MPSF) won its conference opener, thanks to a second-half surge and offensive attack that was sparked by Dhalluin.
Dhalluin matched a career high with six goals on nine shot attempts to go along with three assists. Dhalluin scored twice in the first period as the Cardinal raced out to a 5-2 lead and completed her hat trick with 41 seconds left before intermission.
Dhalluin recorded her fourth hat trick while extending her streak of scoring at least two goals in every game this season.
Stanford returns to action on Saturday, Feb. 28, at San Jose State at 1 p.m.
