Stanford Prepares for ACC Indoor Championships

The Cardinal is looking for its first indoor conference title since 2012

BOSTON - Stanford track & field gears up for its first postseason meet of the season, heading to Boston for the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 26-28, hosted at The Track at New Balance.

It is Stanford's second trip to the ACC meet, as the Cardinal looks for its first indoor conference title since the women won the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) Championship in 2012.

The Cardinal's first appearance at the ACC Championships last season saw the women earn a runner-up finish, finishing behind champion Clemson. Alyssa Jones led Stanford with wins in the high jump and long jump, earning the ACC Women's Field Most Valuable Performer award.

Roisin Willis captured the 800 meters crown, while victories from Sophia Kennedy (3,000 meters) and Zofia Dudek (5,000 meters) gave Stanford a total of five women's titles in the meet.

First Team All-ACC finishers Cole Sprout (3000 meters) and Sam Liokumovich (shot put) highlighted the men's side with bronze medal finishes in their respective events, as Stanford finished 12th in the team race with 28 points.

Each session of the 2026 ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships will be streamed live on ACC Network Extra. Fans can follow along to live results of the event on Flash Results
