WEYMOUTH, Mass. – Sein Myoung clinched on court five and No. 33 Stanford beat Boston College 4-3 on Sunday morning.
The Cardinal (8-6, 4-2 ACC) was forced to come from behind, dropping the doubles point and a result on court six to go down 2-0.
Caroline Driscoll at No. 3 (6-2, 6-2), Alyssa Ahn at No. 2 (6-3, 6-4) and Tianmei Wang at No. 4 (7-6, 6-0) pushed Stanford back in front with straight-set victories.
Monika Ekstrand dropped her match on the top court, 6-4, 6-4, snapping a five-match winning streak.
Myoung picked up her second clincher at Stanford, beating Tola Glowacka 7-5, 6-2.
The Cardinal continues its road trip on Friday, March 27 at Notre Dame.
