STANFORD, Calif. – Standout sophomore Amelie Haworth is an All-American. The Isle of Wight product earned a second team selection, her first career All-America nod.
Haworth finished the season 5-7 overall, competing on court one in 11 of 13 matches. Haworth finished with a pair of top-five victories, winning against then-No. 5 Trinity on Jan. 7 and then-No. 5 Virginia in the MASC Championship.
Haworth becomes the 10th All-American in program history, and gives the Cardinal a selection in each of the last five seasons.
Stanford ended the season 11-3 overall, falling in CSA National Championship semifinals to finish tied for third in the country.
