ITA Academic Honors Announced

Nine players were named ITA Scholar Athletes

STANFORD, Calif. – Earning praise in the classroom, in addition to on the court, nine Stanford men’s tennis student-athletes were named ITA Scholar-Athletes while the team earned status as an ITA All-Academic Team.

Samir Banerjee, Alex Chang Nico Godsick, Kyle Kang, Mark Krupkin, Nathan Barki, Alex Razeghi, Hudson Rivera and Luke Tusher garnered the accolades for the Cardinal.

In order to qualify for the honor, athletes needed to maintain a 3.5 GPA or higher during the current academic year. To be named an ITA All-Academic Team, the programs needed to have a 3.2 grade point average or higher.
