AT STANFORD: Dependable fourth-year player who figures prominently in Stanford's passing game...ranks as the team's third-leading pass catcher among the returning wide receivers and tight ends behind Coby Fleener and Chris Owusu...enters the 2011 campaign with 24 career receptions for 309 yards and one touchdown.

2010 (JUNIOR):
Caught a career-best 17 passes for 249 yards and one touchdown in 13 games (one start)...caught one pass for 19 yards against UCLA before catching 11 passes for 154 yards and one touchdown in the next three games against Wake Forest (3-39), Notre Dame (3-37) and Oregon (5-78)...provided much-needed depth to the receiving corps in the early going, when Ryan Whalen and Chris Owusu were slowed with injuries...caught a career-high five passes for 78 yards at Oregon, including his first career touchdown at the 5:06 mark of the first quarter on an 18-yard corner route from Luck...did not catch a pass in the next four games against USC, Washington State, Washington and Arizona...reemerged with a three-catch, 40-yard effort at Arizona State...also caught two passes for 36 yards against Cal, including a 27-yarder.

2009 (SOPHOMORE):
Worked his way into the receiver rotation...appeared in 12 games and made two starts (Oregon and USC)...caught seven passes for 60 yards (8.6 average)...made his first career reception in the season opener against Washington State...caught two passes for 12 yards at Arizona and two passes for 30 yards against Arizona State...hauled in a season-long 24-yard pass from Luck against the Sun Devils...also had one reception for nine yards against Cal....caught one pass for two yards against Oklahoma in the Sun Bowl.

2008 (FRESHMAN):
Made the team as a walk-on and was one of eight true freshmen to see action in 2008...appeared in the Washington State game to earn a varsity letter.

HIGH SCHOOL AND PERSONAL:
Graduated from Southview High School in Sylvania, Ohio...lettered three seasons...earned honorable mention all-state Division II honors as a senior...first team all-Toledo Blade selection as defensive back in 2007...first team all-Northwest Ohio district selection...also earned first team All-Northern Lakes League marks as a defensive back and as an all-purpose player...landed second team all-conference honors as a quarterback as a junior and senior...finished his prep career with 97 tackles, 11 interceptions and three forced fumbles...also threw for 1,381 yards and 32 touchdowns...helped Southview to Northern Lake League titles in 2004, '05 and '07...also lettered in basketball and lacrosse...two-time lacrosse team captain who earned all-city and all-region honors...uncle, Eric Jones, played golf at Stanford and won the ReMax Long Drive Championship...great uncle is Hall of Fame pitcher Tom Seaver and great grandfather is Charlie Seaver, former Stanford golfer and one of the most decorated amateur golfers of his day...majoring in product design.
