2013 Season: Indoors - Ran the first leg on Stanford's fourth-place distance medley relay team that ran 9:43.98 at the MPSF Championships ... placed 17th at MPSF's in the mile in 4:07.81 ... ran four meets, including three mile races, one 800, one 4x400, and one DMR.

2012 Season: Outdoors - Placed eighth in the Pac-12 in the 800 (1:51.69) ... recorded his personal best of 1:51.06 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational in Berkeley, Calif. ... named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic team. Indoors - Placed 19th in the MPSF Championships in the mile, in 4:12.69 ... recorded his personal-best mile of 4:06.26 at the Flotrack Husky Classic in Seattle ... named to the MPSF All-Academic team.

2011 Season: Outdoors - Ran a personal best of 3:49.58 in the 1,500 at the Payton Jordan Invitational ... placed fourth at the Big Meet in the 800 with a time of 1:56.54 ... ran a season best in the 800 of 1:52.66 at Pepsi Invitational. Indoors - Redshirted.

Cross Country: Has run one race for Stanford, at the 2011 Stanford Invitational.

High School: All-County, All-State, and All-Federation honoree in 2009 ... a three-time Nassau County champion and MVP in 2009 ...
