Quotes:
Baylor Head Coach Matt Knoll
Opening Statement: "Washington is a good team. I give them a lot of credit. The intensity keeps getting higher with each match and I thought we did a good job of managing it. Doubles came together for us and gave us some momentum."
On tomorrow's quarterfinal against Stanford: "Stanford will be our toughest challenge of the year. They're getting stronger with each match. Plus, the crowd and atmosphere will be tremendous tomorrow."
Washington Coach Matt Anger
Opening Statement: "I feel terrible. I've had a lot of fun with our guys this year and I wanted to keep going as much as possible. I feel terrible inside that our season is over. We played a couple of loose games in doubles that were costly. They played very well at No. 5 singles. He was just too good for us down there. I thought we played OK. We didn't play great. We played hard .. everyone did their best. We have nothing to feel bad about, but we could have played better."
