Stanford, Calif. - The No. 3 Stanford Lightweight eight looks to reclaim the Pacific Coast Rowing Championship Saturday at Lake Natomas in Ranch Cordova, California. Last year, Central Florida broke Stanford's string of four straight titles. In fours racing, the Stanford lightweight four takes an almost unblemished record (one loss) to the line as the team tries to claim the Pacific Coast lightweight fours title for the first time.
The entire day of racing begins at 9 am, PT. The Cardinal lightweight four is scheduled to race in the first heat of the Women's Open Four at 9:40 am with the top three boats from two heats moving on to the finals scheduled to start at 2:30 pm, PT. Stanford's lightweight eight boat will race at 3:10 pm, PT.
