California Head Coach Amanda Augustus
"We knew that it was going to be a good match. We knew that there were good matchups all the way down. I don't think we came out in doubles as much as I would have liked, but you have got to give credit to Georgia. They came out offensively. Against any top-10 team it is difficult to lose the doubles point and then win four singles. Georgia is a good example of that. I really thought that Georgia played to win at the end of the match. They really went for it."

"With the two NCAA finalists form a year ago, you knew that it was going to be an all-out match. I think that Chelsea made zero unforced errors in that final match. I don't really think Jana did much wrong in the third set. I didn't see all the matches, but Georgia did a great job and this is what NCAA tennis is all about. It's fun to coach and it's fun to play and I wish them luck the rest of the tournament."

Georgia Head Coach Jeff Wallace
"I was impressed with the way we played, but you really have to give credit to Cal. They came out in the singles and really got the momentum on us. They got to the point where they were up 4-1 in the third set in the final match, but it takes a player like Chelsea Gullickson to get through that. Luckily, she did what she has done so many times and just raised it to another level. I am so proud of the whole team. Our goal was to come out here and stay a long time and if our girls keep playing like this, we have a chance to do just that."
