High School: A 2003 graduate of the Hockaday School in Dallas, TX ... Won her school's Joyce Rainwater Athletic Award honor as a senior ... An All-Regional and All-Southwest Preparatory Conference selection in her junior and senior years and an All-MISC choice as a sophomore ... A member of the Dallas Morning-News All-Area Team in field hockey and lacrosse in her senior year ... Captain of the field hockey and lacrosse teams in her senior year ... A four-sport student-athlete that also participated in lacrosse, swimming and tennis during her prep career ... A four-time All-SPC choice in swimming, breaking the school record as a member of the 200 and 400 yard free relay teams as a junior ... Swim team own the SPC three times ... All-SPC in lacrosse in her junior and senior years ... Earned numerous academic honors including Cum Lauge and a National Merit Scholarship ... Given one of the school's six Founder's Day Awards.

What makes Stanford University so special: Having the unique combination of friendly, laid-back people; professors who are leaders in their field; and of course, athletes who are the best in the country.
Since coming to Stanford I have learned: There are so many exciting things going on here I could stay here another four years.
