Assistant Coach

The fall of 2005 launches Missy's collegiate coaching career. She comes to the position after a very accomplished four years as a Cardinal student-athlete.

Missy stroked the V8 throughout the 2004 and 2005 season. She has a silver and gold medal from the '03 and '05 PAC-10 Championships in addition to 6th, 3rd, and 11th place finishes at the '02, '03, and '05 NCAA Championships. In 2004 Missy brough home to Stanford a gold medal from the Women's Henley Regatta in England in the Senior Coxed Four event. Missy also garners the honors of '05 Team Captain, '05 Pocock All Region 1st Team, and '04 MVP.

Prior to coming to Stanford Missy rowed for the US Junior National Team where she won a gold medal in the Junior 4 event at the 2000 World Championships (the only gold medal won by the US Junior Women's team.) She also holds 5 State and 3 National Championships with Stanton Prep in Jacksonville, FL.

Missy's accomplishments as a rower are impressive and her passion for the sport unquestionable. We are thrilled to have her as our newest member of the coaching staff.
