Will compete in the 200 free and the 800 free relay for the United States team that will compete at the 2007 World University Games in Bangkok, Thailand ... Finished sixth in the 400 meter free and seventh in the 200 meter free at the 2006 United States Swimming Championship ... A World University Games team member in the 800 free relay ... Also participated at the World Championship Trials where he finished sixth in the 1500 meter free, and seventh in the 400 meter free ... 2005-06 Season (Junior): Won three All-American honors (sixth in the 500 free, eighth in the 200 free, eighth in the 1650 free) and captured the Pac-10 title in the 1650 free (14:43.89, #2 all-time at Stanford) ... Set the school record in the 500 free (4:14.20) at the NCAA Championship ... Also set the Stanford record in the 1000 free (8:50.93) against California ... 2004-05 Season (Sophomore): Helped the Cardinal win the Pac-10 championship with a victory in the 1650 free (14:47.70), and as a championship team member in the 800 free relay (6:18.71, conference record) ... Finished third in the 500 free and fourth in the 200 free at the conference championship ... His time of 1:34.99 in the 200 free is fifth-best in school history ... Gained All-American honors at the NCAA's with a fourth place finish in the 500 free (4:15.48) ... Swam a school record in the NCAA prelims with a time of 4:14.77 ... Also gained All-American honors with a seventh place showing in the 200 free (1:36.00) ... At the NCAA's, his time of 14:44.13 in the 1650 free (fourth place) is second-best in the Stanford record book ...
