Former Cardinal gymnast Rico Andrade begins his first season as Volunteer Assistant Coach for the Stanford Men's Gymnastics Team.
Andrade competed for the Cardinal from 1997-2002 and was named the team's Most Outstanding Gymnast during the 2000-2001 season. He was also captain of the squad for three seasons.
Andrade currently works as a producer and broadcast engineer at Transvideo Studios in Mountain View. He enjoys skiing, skydiving and traveling around the world as a staff member aboard Semester at Sea. Andrade is also the only four-year veteran of the annual Alumni Meet.
