SAN FRANCISCO -- Olympia Scott scored 18 points and Kate Starbird added 14 points and nine rebounds to lead top-ranked Stanford to a 61-46 victory over San Francisco. Vanessa Nygaard chipped in 13 points and seven rebounds for Stanford (7-0), which led by just three points at the half. The Cardinal survived a poor shooting night. The team shot just 20-for-60 (.333) from the field, including 4-for-12 (.333) from three-point range. Renee Demirdjian and Julie Murdent led San Fransisco with 10 points apiece. The Dons shot 32 percent (14-for-49) and were 11-for-11 from the free throw line. They turned the ball over 22 times.
