| Winningest coach in program history, compiling a 510-50 record in 21 years; led Stanford to 10 NCAA championships (1982, 1984, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1997, 1999); produced nine NCAA Singles champions and three NCAA Doubles teams; two-time "Coach of the Decade" honoree by Wilson Sporting Goods and the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA), for his accomplishments in the 1980's and the 1990's; Northern California Tennis Hall of Fame member; eight-time Pac-10 Coach of the Year; tutored 40 players to 94 All-America selections and 22 players to 45 All-Pac-10 honors; served as Stanford's volunteer assistant coach since 2008. | |||||||||||
