| Marty Feldman, not to be confused with the famous actor, was a two-sport athlete at Stanford, competing in both football and rugby. After graduating, he would go on to be an assistant coach at San Jose State and later the head coach of the Oakland Raiders, becoming the franchise’s second coach in history in 1961. Feldman came to Stanford after earning three Purple Hearts fighting in WWII, and was honored as an All-Coast guard. | |||||||||
