- Has two younger siblings, Jasmine and Josiah
- Uncle, Jomaine Sanders, played football at Northwestern State
- Involved with non-profit organization Undivided, a non-profit focused on strengthening communities and helping community members create positive change in their spheres of influence
- Served as a volunteer at several Fellowship of Christian Athletes summer camps and led a bible study at the Academy for classmates
- Has flown in the backseat of a fighter jet in Misawa, Japan as part of an Air Force Academy program
