Albert Garcia finished his third season at Stanford as the Assistant Director of Football Player Personnel before earning a promotion to Director of Recruiting Strategy & High School Personnel in advance of the 2026 season.

During his time The Farm, Garcia has helped bring in three top-40 recruiting classes at Stanford. Many of those players made immediate impacts for the Cardinal, with at least 22 freshmen playing every year from 2023-25. While high school recruiting is a key emphasis, he also helped Stanford utilize the transfer portal more than the program has before, bringing in 17 transfers in advance of the 2025 season. That is more transfers than Stanford has had during every year of the football program combined.

Among the players Garcia helped bring to Stanford, three of them earned All-ACC honors in 2025. Jay Green, Clay Patterson, and CJ Williams were all honored following the year as Stanford landed five on the All-ACC team, the most in the program's brief history in the ACC.

He has previous stops at Fresno State and Houston, where he earned his degree. His most recent stop came with the Bulldogs of Fresno State, where he was their Director of Player Personnel. He helped build the Mountain West's top-ranked recruiting class in 2022, which ranked second nationally among Group of 5 programs.

Garcia held the role of Recruiting Analyst for the Cougars before heading west. Houston enjoyed a strong run of NFL Draft selections thanks to Garcia's recruiting efforts, with four of his players being selected, including second-round choices in Logan Hall (2022) and Patrick Paul (2024).
