- A unanimous four-star recruit and a consensus top-200 recruit nationally
- Ranked as high as the No. 7 defensive lineman recruit in the nation by On3 and the consensus No. 1 defensive lineman recruit in Connecticut

- Was diagnosed with Stage 4 Hodgkin's Lymphoma in spring 2023 and beat it by November 2023
