- Rowed in the stroke seat of Stanford’s varsity eight boat that captured the Danielle Kousoulis Memorial Trophy at The Knecht Cup
- Rowed in both the stroke seat of the varsity eight and the stroke seat of the 2x in the Cardinal’s regatta with No. 1 Princeton
- Rowed in the stroke seat of the varsity eight in the Cardinal’s dual regatta with No. 6 Wisconsin
- Led Stanford’s varsity eight boat to a third-place finish at the 2022 IRA Championships in the 7 seat

- Finished 5th for Great Britain at the 2022 U23 World Championships, competing in the Lightweight Double Sculls,
- Competed in the 2019 European junior rowing championships with the British national team
- A member of the British national fencing team from 2015-20
- Ranked No. 19 in the world in junior fencing in 2018
- Won bronze with the British national team at the 2017 European junior fencing championships
- Competed in the Junior world fencing championships in 2017 (in Bulgaria), 2018 (Italy), and 2019 (Poland)

- In rowing, won silver in the 2019 Henley Junior coxed fours
