  • 2022 Pocock Racing Shells All-America Team
  • Rowed in the bow seat of Stanford’s varsity four boat that took fifth at the Head of the Charles
  • Stroke seat in the Cardinal’s V8 boat that competed at the San Diego Crew Classic to open the season
  • Rowed in the stroke seat of Stanford’s varsity eight boat that captured the Danielle Kousoulis Memorial Trophy at The Knecht Cup
  • Rowed in both the stroke seat of the varsity eight and the stroke seat of the 2x in the Cardinal’s regatta with No. 1 Princeton
  • Rowed in the stroke seat of the varsity eight in the Cardinal’s dual regatta with No. 6 Wisconsin
  • Led Stanford’s varsity eight boat to a third-place finish at the 2022 IRA Championships in the 7 seat

International Competition

  • Finished 5th for Great Britain at the 2022 U23 World Championships, competing in the Lightweight Double Sculls, 
  • Competed in the 2019 European junior rowing championships with the British national team
  • A member of the British national fencing team from 2015-20
  • Ranked No. 19 in the world in junior fencing in 2018
  • Won bronze with the British national team at the 2017 European junior fencing championships
  • Competed in the Junior world fencing championships in 2017 (in Bulgaria), 2018 (Italy), and 2019 (Poland)

Prior to Stanford

  • Junior British national champion in fencing in 2018 and 2019
  • British national fencing team member 2015-2020
  • In rowing, won silver in the 2019 Henley Junior coxed fours
  • Won pairs at the 2019 Wallingford Regatta Pairs
  • Played basketball at the club level from 2016-20
