• Rowed in the 4 seat of the Cardinal’s varsity eight boat that competed in a dual at Washington
• Rowed in the 4 seat of the varsity eight boat that topped Northeastern and Wisconsin and fell to Syracuse at the Pac-12 Invitational
• Rowed in the 3 seat of the varsity eight boat that bested Oregon State at the Collegiate Covered Bridge Regatta
• Part of Stanford’s varsity eight boat that earned a third-place finish at the Pac-12 Championships
• Led varsity eight boat to a 13th-place finish at the 2022 IRA Championships as the 4 seat

As a Sophomore (2020-21)

• IRCA National Scholar Athlete
• Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll
• Rowed in the 6 seat for the second varsity in the season opener against Washington
• Sat in the 3 seat for the varsity eight in head-to-head wins over Oregon State and Santa Clara, and in the Big Row against Cal
• Helped the varsity eight to third place at the Pac-12 championships as the 3 seat
• Rowed in the 3 seat for the varsity eight at the IRA Championships, helping lead Stanford to fifth place in the grand final

• Graduated from Culver (Ind.) Military Academy in 2019
• Captained the rowing team in 2019 and the lacrosse team in 2017
• First in the Varsity 4+ at the 2019 Scholastic National Championships
• Second in the Varsity 4+ at the 2019 Midwest Scholastic Championships
• First in in the 2018 Midwest Scholastic Championships (Novice 4+, Novice B+)
• Fifth in Youth 4+ at the 2018 Head of the Charles
• Broke the Culver Military boathouse rowing machine record for 2,000 meters (6:02.5)

Personal

• Parents are Timothy and Bonnie Stewart
• Has twin older brothers, Jack and Charlie
• Mother, Bonnie, played tennis at Kenyon College
• Brother, Charlie, played lacrosse at Colorado College
• Did not begin rowing until spring of his junior year in high school
• President of Green Life, Culver Military's sustainability organization
• Served as the Regimental Commander of Culver Military Academy, the highest-ranking position in the school's 450-person Corps of Cadets; responsible for all school military ceremoinies and daily military activities
• Received the Batten Scholarship, a four-year, full-tuition merit scholarship to attend Culver academies, given to 2-5 students from around the world
