• Team captain and starter at 285 pounds
• 23-11 overall record and 8-4 mark in duals
• Placed third at the Pac-12 Championships at Maples Pavilion (Feb. 26)
• Earned an automatic berth to the NCAA Championships in St. Louis, Mo., the third time in his career
• Pac-12 Wrestler of the Week (Jan. 25)
• Won the Roadrunner Open (Nov. 20)
• Placed fourth at the Southern Scuffle (Jan. 1-2) and fifth at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invite (Dec. 2-3)
• Defeated three ranked opponents during the regular season, including fourth-ranked Tanner Hall (4-2 SV2) to help Stanford defeat Arizona State

As a Redshirt Sophomore (2015-16)

• Team captain and starter at 285 pounds
• Runner-up at the Pac-12 Championships (Feb. 27) in Tempe, Ariz.
• NCAA qualifier for the second straight season, went 2-2 at New York City's Madison Square Garden
• 27-9 overall record, 10-3 mark in duals
• Tied for the team-lead with eight pins
• Won the Hokie Open title (Nov. 8)
• Placed third at the Reno Tournament of Champions (Dec. 20) and seventh at the Southern Scuffle (Jan. 1-2)
• Two wins over Arizona State's Tanner Hall, ranked 10th (Jan. 23) and 12th (Feb. 27)

• Pac-12 Champion at 285 pounds, just the fourth Cardinal freshman to win a conference title

• NCAA qualifier, finished 1-2 at his first national tournament
• Turned in an 8-0 record against conference opponents
• Went 9-2 in duals
• Tied for the team-lead with four falls

• Redshirted his first season on The Farm
• Wrestled unattached at 285 pounds, posting a 23-6 record
• Won the San Francisco State Open, earning Most Outstanding Wrestler honors
• Placed second at the Mike Clock Open in Stockton, Calif., with a 3-1 record
• Finished third at the Roadrunner Open in Fresno, Calif.
• Was the runner-up at the Clackamas Open in January
• Took third at the California Collegiate Open in San Francisco in February

• Took fourth at the 2014 UWW Junior Nationals at 120 kg
• Won the 2015 UWW Junior Nationals at 120 kg
• Third-place finish at the 2015 UWW Junior World Championships at 120 kg
• Finished third at the 2015 University Nationals at 125 kg
• Placed seventh at the 2017 US Open at 125 kg
• Took fourth at the 2017 Senior World Team Trials at 125 kg

• A 2013 graduate of Leavenworth High School in Leavenworth, Kan.
• A three-time Kansas high school state champion
• Holds the record for most career and season pins at Leavenworth
• 2013 Kansas NWCA Wrestler of the Year
• 2013 Kansas City Metro Wrestler and Athlete of the Year
• 2012 FILA Cadet Freestyle National Champion
• 2012 FILA Cadet Greco national runner-up
