Opening Statement:
This was a nice confidence builder. A lot of guys got playing time, we really had an aggressive defense, and that was pleasing. Casey [Jacobsen] played really well, he passed the ball well and got other people the ball. That is very critical for us. Washington State is reeling right now though and playing up there will be tough. 24 assists and 10 turnovers is great for us. It means we're sharing the ball. We didn't stretch guys with minutes and that should play dividends down the road. Now we have to bounce back on Saturday and be aggressive against Washington.
On the 24 assists:
We were on the break a lot. It's harder to share on set plays. Knowing that when a man steps up on you means that someone else is open was key. We got some long rebounds, some turnovers, and that allows you to break more.

On Stanford this year compared to last year:
I think they were more wary of Jerry McNair this year. They made us hurry and play quicker than we wanted to. We tried to score 15 points in two minutes and that just isn't going to happen.
On transition play:
They hurt us on transition. We shot too quickly and then the defensive balance is out of whack.
