Stanford finished its season with a 1-11 overall record and a 1-8 showing in the Pac-10, marking the first time the Cardinal had ever lost 11 or more games in a campaign.

Ostrander with 1:12 remaining in the second quarter ... Sherman finished his rookie season by leading the Cardinal in both receptions (34) and receiving yards (581).
T.C. Ostrander tied a career-best with two TD passes and had 204 yards in the air on 15-of-31 for his second 200-yard passing game of the season and fourth of his career.
