SEATTLE - No. 4/3 Stanford used a strong second half to pull away from Colorado on Friday afternoon, notching a 69-54 victory in the quarterfinal round of the Pac-12 Tournament.

The Cardinal (29-2, 17-1 Pac-12) received double-doubles from Chiney Ogwumike (19 points, 11 rebounds) and Mikaela Ruef (10 points, 16 rebounds) while Lili Thompson added 16 points and Bonnie Samuelson 15.

Despite scoring a season-low 21 points in the first half, Stanford bounced back to outscore Colorado 48-31 over the final 20 minutes.

Seeking its seventh straight Pac-12 Tournament title and 11th overall, Stanford overcame 35.6 percent shooting thanks to converting 21-30 from the free throw line compared to Colorado's 6-9 clip.

Colorado (17-14, 6-12 Pac-12), which was held to just 33.3 percent shooting, was led by Brittany Wilson's 16 points and Arielle Roberson's game-high 17 rebounds.

Ogwumike, who scored 13 of her 19 points in the second half, gave Stanford the lead for good after knocking down only her third three-pointer of the year to spark a 16-2 scoring run.

Colorado led 23-21 at halftime, as both squads struggled from the field. The Buffaloes made 27.6 percent while the Cardinal was limited to 24.1 percent.

Stanford next faces the winner of Arizona State and USC on Saturday at 6 p.m. in the semifinals.
