The rookie third-rounder started once again for Indianapolis, adding a tackle and two more QB hits to his already stellar rookie resume. Entering week seven, the only rookie rated higher by Pro Football Focus was Buffalo cornerback Ronald Darby.

Johnson Bademosi • DB • Cleveland Browns • 4th season • @j_bademosi24

Bademosi led Cleveland with 23 snaps played on special teams. He finished with a special teams tackle as the Browns fell 24-6 at St. Louis.

Seattle only threw the ball on 37 percent of its offensive plays in a 20-3 Thursday night win against San Francisco. Baldwin was targeted three times, finishing the evening with two catches for 19 yards.

David DeCastro • G • Pittsburgh Steelers • 4th season 

Without its Pro Bowl quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, Pittsburgh fell to Kansas City 23-13 on Sunday afternoon. DeCastro had an outstanding game, though, playing all 57 Steeler offensive snaps and helping the team rush for 147 yards on 24 carries (6.1 avg.).

Jim Dray • TE • Cleveland Browns • 6th season 

Dray started and played 47 percent of offensive snaps in Cleveland’s 24-6 loss at St. Louis. He was targeted twice in the passing game, finishing with two catches for 10 yards.

Zach Ertz • TE • Philadelphia Eagles • 3rd season • @ZERTZ_86

Ertz started in Philadelphia’s 27-16 loss at Carolina. He was the Eagles’ second most targeted receiver (8), leading the team in catches (5) and receiving yards (63) on a tough assignment against Panthers linebackers Luke Kuechly and Thomas Davis.

Coby Fleener • TE • Indianapolis Colts • 4th season • @Coby

Stanford’s career leader in touchdowns by a tight end was targeted five times by Andrew Luck in Indianapolis’ 27-21 loss against New Orleans. He finished with three catches for 47 yards, including a 27-yard strike in the fourth quarter to set up a Donte Moncrief touchdown.

Cameron Fleming • OG • New England Patriots • 2nd season • @cammyjfresh

A little over a week after being signed from the practice squad, Fleming played every one of New England’s offensive snaps against an excellent New York Jets defense. The Patriots defeated their division rivals 30-23.

Toby Gerhart • RB • Jacksonville Jaguars • 6th season • @Toby_Gerhart

Gerhart appeared on offense and special teams in Jacksonville’s 34-31 win against Buffalo at Wembley Stadium in London, England, on Sunday. He finished with six carries for eight yards and a special teams tackle.

Andrew Luck • QB • Indianapolis Colts • 4th season 

Indianapolis lost 27-21 to New Orleans, with Luck finishing 23-44 for 333 yards with three touchdowns and two interceptions. Luck connected with T.Y. Hilton on 87 and 47-yard scores and also finished with three carries for 27 yards.

Mauro appeared on special teams and defense in Arizona’s 26-18 win against Baltimore on Monday night. He had one QB hurry, forcing Joe Flacco into a poor throw in the second quarter.

After going down 24-0 to Tampa Bay in the second quarter, Washington stormed back to win the game 31-30. Murphy started the game, making a tackle, but left in the fourth quarter with a knee injury.

Targeted four times in a 30-23 loss against New England, Owusu finished the afternoon with two catches for 25 yards and two kickoff returns for 58 yards.

Parry had two tackles in Indianapolis’ 27-21 loss against New Orleans. He was on the field for 70 percent of the Colts’ defensive snaps.

Peat has not played since injuring his left knee on Thursday Night Football against the Falcons in Week 6. He is likely set to return within the next three weeks, sitting out New Orleans’ 27-21 win against division rival Indianapolis.

Jordan Richards • DB • New England Patriots • 1st season 

Richards contributed on defense and special teams in New England’s 30-23 win against the New York Jets. He had a defensive tackle and a special teams tackle, bringing down former Cardinal teammate Chris Owusu on a kickoff in the second quarter.

Richard Sherman • CB • Seattle Seahawks • 5th season • @RSherman_25

Sherman’s assignment for Thursday night’s 20-3 win against San Francisco was a tough one. He lined up opposite Torrey Smith for each of the Niner receiver’s 40 offensive snaps. Smith was targeted once, finishing the evening with no catches.

The former Cardinal standout linebacker was on the field for 24 special teams snaps, all but one of San Francisco’s special teams plays.

Thomas was everywhere in Miami’s 44-26 win against Houston on Sunday. He finished the afternoon with five defensive tackles, a special teams stop and a recovered onside kick. Thomas also intercepted Brian Hoyer, running it back 36 yards, but the play was negated by a holding penalty on the Dolphins.

Toilolo started in Atlanta’s 10-7 win at Tennessee. He did not catch a pass but helped the Falcons rush for 127 yards.

Griff Whalen • WR • Indianapolis Colts • 4th season • @GriffWhalen

Whalen continues to serve as Indianapolis’ first-choice return man. In the Colts’ 27-21 loss against New Orleans, he finished with five punt returns for 38 yards and four kickoff returns for 91 yards.

Players on Injured Reserve

Alex Carter • CB • Detroit Lions • 1st season • @AlexCarter

The third-round pick sustained an ankle injury in training camp and will be sidelined through at least the first half of the 2015 season. 

Tyler Gaffney • RB • New England Patriots • 2nd season 

A former sixth-round pick, Gaffney was injured in the first week of Patriots training camp. After clearing waivers, the Patriots placed him on their short-term injury reserve list. 

Players on NFL Practice Squads

Ed Reynolds • S • Philadelphia Eagles • 1st season 

Reynolds spent last season on the Philadelphia practice squad. During the 2015 preseason, Reynolds had 13 tackles and two interceptions, both against the Colts on Aug. 16. 

David Yankey • OG • Minnesota Vikings • 2nd season • @papa_yank

The former All-American at Stanford was selected in the fifth round of the 2014 draft by Minnesota.
