 #STANFORDNFL: Week 10

Johnson Bademosi • DB • Cleveland Browns • 4th season • @j_bademosi24

Bademosi was in on 26 percent of defensive snaps and 83 percent of special teams snaps in Cleveland’s 30-9 loss against Pittsburgh.

Next Game: vs. Baltimore (Nov. 30)

Doug Baldwin • WR • Seattle Seahawks • 5th season • @DougBaldwinJr

The unquestioned leader of the Seattle receiving corps led the Seahawks in just about every aerial category in a 39-32 loss against Arizona on Sunday. He finished the night with seven catches on 10 targets for 134 yards and a touchdown, his team-leading third of the season.

Next Game: vs. San Francisco (Nov. 22)

David DeCastro • G • Pittsburgh Steelers • 4th season

DeCastro has played almost every snap of the season for Pittsburgh, which improved to 6-4 after defeating the Browns 30-9 on Sunday. The All-America selection at Stanford earned another high Pro Football Focus rating (+2.3) against the team which selected Trent Richardson and Brandon Weeden ahead of him in the 2012 NFL Draft.

Next Game: at Seattle (Nov. 29)

Jim Dray • TE • Cleveland Browns • 6th season

Dray was in on 33 percent of offensive snaps and 39 percent of special teams snaps in a 30-9 loss against Pittsburgh.

Next Game: vs. Baltimore (Nov. 30)

Zach Ertz • TE • Philadelphia Eagles • 3rd season • @ZERTZ_86

Ertz was as involved in the Philadelphia offense as he has ever been on Sunday, playing the most snaps of any Eagles non-lineman. He led the Eagles in targets (10) and receptions (seven), finishing with 68 yards receiving.

Next Game: vs. Tampa Bay (Nov. 22)

Coby Fleener • TE • Indianapolis Colts • 4th season • @Coby

Bye week.

Next Game: at Atlanta (Nov. 22)

Cameron Fleming • OG • New England Patriots • 2nd season • @cammyjfresh

Fleming made his fourth consecutive start against the New York Giants on Sunday and his first career start at left tackle. He played every offensive snap, frequently lining up opposite All-Pro pass rusher Jason Pierre-Paul. New England won 27-26 on a Stephen Gostkowski field goal with time expiring.

Next Game: vs. Buffalo (Nov. 23)

Toby Gerhart • RB • Jacksonville Jaguars • 6th season • @Toby_Gerhart

Gerhart was inactive for the second consecutive game on Sunday as Jacksonville defeated Baltimore 22-20. He is reportedly suffering from the same core muscle injury which limited him in preseason.

Next Game: vs. Tennessee (Nov. 19)

Ryan Hewitt • H-B • Cincinnati Bengals • 2nd season • @Huey_85

Hewitt made his third catch of the season in Monday night’s loss against Houston, a seven yard gain in the second quarter. He appeared on 28 percent of offensive snaps and 48 percent of special teams snaps as the Bengals fell to 8-1.

Next Game: at Arizona (Nov. 22)

Andrew Luck • QB • Indianapolis Colts • 4th season

Bye week

Next Game: at Atlanta (Nov. 22)

Josh Mauro • DE • Arizona Cardinals • 2nd season • @JustJoshin90

Mauro accomplished a feat not many NFL players can lay claim to: he brought down Marshawn Lynch in the Seattle backfield all by himself. Mauro started on Arizona’s defensive line in a 39-32 win at Seattle, finishing the evening with three tackles, two solo, and the aforementioned tackle for a loss. He was one of the Cardinals’ recipients of a game ball for his efforts.

Next Game: vs. Cincinnati (Nov. 22)

Ty Montgomery • WR • Green Bay Packers • 1st season • @TyMontgomery2

Montgomery sat out for the fourth game in a row with an ankle injury. Green Bay struggled against Detroit and lost 18-16 at home, its third-consecutive defeat.

Next Game: at Minnesota (Nov. 22)

Trent Murphy • LB • Washington Redskins • 2nd season • @TMurphy_93

The All-America selection at Stanford had one of his better games of the season in the 47-14 win against New Orleans. Murphy started at strong side linebacker, making 4.5 tackles, one QB hit, and combining with Chris Baker for a second quarter sack of Drew Brees.

Next Game: at Carolina (Nov. 22)

David Parry • DT • Indianapolis Colts • 1st season • @DavidParry58

Bye week.

Next Game: at Atlanta (Nov. 22)

Andrus Peat • OT • New Orleans Saints • 1st season • @AndrusPeat

Terron Armstead retained his role as starting left tackle in New Orleans’ 47-14 loss against Washington, but was replaced by Peat when the game was put out of reach by the Redskins. This was Peat’s first appearance since injuring his left knee on Oct. 15 against Atlanta.

Next Game: at Houston (Nov. 29)

Jordan Richards • DB • New England Patriots • 1st season

Richards’ defensive playing time was affected by New England trailing most of the contest and not playing many nickel packages against the New York Giants. The Patriots won 27-26 on a last-second field goal, with Richards appearing on 62 percent of special teams snaps.

Next Game: vs. Buffalo (Nov. 23)

Richard Sherman • CB • Seattle Seahawks • 5th season • @RSherman_25

Sherman finished with five tackles and a pass defended against Arizona, but had a night to forget in the 39-32 loss on Sunday night. The former two-way star at Stanford was targeted eight times by Carson Palmer, allowing five catches for 67 yards and a touchdown to Michael Floyd. Sherman and the Seahawks defense, which was flagged for 14 penalties amounting to 131 yards on Sunday, will look to rebound against a San Francisco offense which ranks dead last in yards gained.

Next Game: vs. San Francisco (Nov. 22)

Shayne Skov • LB • San Francisco 49ers • 1st season • @ShayneSkov

Bye week.

Next Game: at Seattle (Nov. 22)

A.J. Tarpley • LB • Buffalo Bills • 1st season • @AJTarpley

Tarpley led Buffalo in special teams snaps with 24 as head coach Rex Ryan was victorious in his return to the Meadowlands, leading the Bills to a 22-17 defeat of the New York Jets.

Next Game: at New England (Nov. 23)

Stepfan Taylor • RB • Arizona Cardinals • 3rd season • @KULABAFI

Taylor played on 65 percent of Arizona’s special teams snaps as the Cardinals seized control of the NFC West with a 39-32 victory at Seattle on Sunday.

Next Game: vs. Cincinnati (Nov. 22)

Michael Thomas • S • Miami Dolphins • 3rd season • @Michael31Thomas

After going down 16-3 through the first quarter in Philadelphia, Miami stormed back to defeat the Eagles 20-19. Thomas was in on 42 percent of defensive snaps and 76 percent of special teams snaps, finishing the day with four tackles, three of which were solo, and two special teams stops.

Players on Injured Reserve

Henry Anderson • DE • Indianapolis Colts • 1st season • @HenryAnderson91

A knee injury in the Oct. 9 win against Denver spelled the end of an impressive rookie campaign for Anderson. Entering Week 9, Pro Football Focus ranked him as the league’s second-best rookie behind Buffalo’s Ronald Darby. Pro Football Focus also ranked him tops among the league’s 34 rookie interior defenders with a +10.2 clip, well ahead of Leonard Williams (+6.1) who ranked second.

“It’s a big blow. He’s a hard worker, he grinds and he plays the game the way it’s supposed to be played. You really hate to see someone get hurt, especially when he’s balling,” said the Colts’ future Hall of Fame defensive end Robert Mathis.

Alex Carter • CB • Detroit Lions • 1st season • @AlexCarter

The third-round pick sustained an ankle injury in training camp and will be sidelined through at least the first half of the 2015 season.

Tyler Gaffney • RB • New England Patriots • 2nd season

A former sixth-round pick, Gaffney was injured in the first week of Patriots training camp. After clearing waivers, the Patriots placed him on their short-term injury reserve list.

Players on NFL Practice Squads

Ben Gardner • LB • San Diego Chargers • 2nd season • @BennyG49

Gardner was signed to the San Diego practice squad on Nov. 4 after being cut by Dallas in September.

Ed Reynolds • S • Philadelphia Eagles • 1st season

Reynolds spent last season on the Philadelphia practice squad. During the 2015 preseason, Reynolds had 13 tackles and two interceptions, both against the Colts on Aug. 16.

David Yankey • OG • Minnesota Vikings • 2nd season • @papa_yank

The former All-American at Stanford was selected in the fifth round of the 2014 draft by Minnesota.
