STANFORD, Calif. – Eighteen Stanford players were named to the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation All-Academic team – the most of any other school in the 10-team conference for the second consecutive year.

Both All-Americans – Meg Lentz and Kelsey Murray were honored, as well as all four All-Region selections (Allie DaCar, Kelly Myers, Lentz and Murray), and all seven All-MPSF selections (Adrienne Anderson, Anna Salemo and Dillon Schoen, DaCar, Lentz, Myers and Murray).

For the second consecutive season, senior defender Hannah Smith, a history major, had the team's highest cumulative GPA: 3.88. Players must be at least sophomores academically, play in at least 50 percent of the team's games, and have a cumulative GPA over 3.00 to be eligible.

Of those selected, Stanford had 16 players with GPA's over 3.50 through the winter quarter, including six over 3.70.

Stanford finished 15-5 and made its 19th consecutive conference championship final before advancing to the NCAA tournament for the sixth time in seven years and winning its second NCAA Tournament game in program history.
