The rivalry game at Stanford Stadium gives Bay Area softball fans an opportunity to be part of history, as the program eyes the NCAA softball attendance record of 12,566.

Here’s everything that you need to know before The Big Swing at Stanford Stadium on Saturday, April 19! Show up early to snag the best parking and soak up all the game day fun we've got lined up on The Farm!

SATURDAY, APRIL 19 TIMELINE

11 AM I CARDINALPALOOZA STARTS

Join us at Cardinal Plaza for our family-friendly Fan Fest from 11 AM - 1 PM.

11:30 AM I GATES OPEN

Stanford Stadium Gates 2 and 4 will open for public entry 90 minutes before first pitch at 11:30 AM.

1 PM I BIG SWING STARTS

Get in your seats by 1 PM and get ready for Stanford vs. Cal!

PARKING INFORMATION

Parking passes are not required. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Sunken Diamond Lot, adjacent to Stanford Stadium. Additional parking is available at:

Track House Lot at the corner of Galvez Street and Nelson Road, with entry from Nelson Road
Galvez Lot across the street from Track Lot, with entry off Galvez Street and Lasuen Street
Lot 2, dirt lot along El Camino with entry through Varsity Lot or directly off of El Camino
Maples Lot with entry off Campus Drive and Bonair Siding Road
PS7/GSB Garage across from Maples with entry off Campus Drive

Don’t miss Cardinalpalooza at Cardinal Plaza before you head into Stanford Stadium! Swing by for giveaways and a stacked lineup of activities, including carnival games, food trucks, a rock wall, bounce houses, and a toddler fun zone made just for the little ones!

STANFORD STADIUM CONCOURSE

We’re turning the south concourse of the stadium into a full-on fun zone! Snap a pic in the 360° photo booth, bounce around on inflatables, get decked out by our face painter and balloon artist, and bring your A-game to the batting and speed cages inside Gate 2.
