#StanfordNFL: Week 11 Preview

Players to Watch

David DeCastro • G • Pittsburgh Steelers • Fifth season

For the second week in a row, David DeCastro was featured on Pro Football Focus' Team of the Week for Week 10. DeCastro owns an overall Pro Football Focus grade of 85.4 on the season, good for seventh among NFL guards, and has not allowed a pressure since Week 7. His raw +11.6 season run block rating ranks second among guards to only Justin Pugh (+11.7). DeCastro aims for a third consecutive PFF Team of the Week honor against Cleveland, which ranks 31st in the league in rushing yards allowed.

Ed Reynolds • S • Cleveland Browns • Second season

Reynolds started in Week 9 against Baltimore, playing 90 percent of defensive snaps and 96 percent of special teams snaps after prior appearing on just 30 snaps all season. At 75.7, Reynolds' Pro Football Focus grade was the fifth-best of any Brown. Expect another healthy dose of playing time for Reynolds, who has the opportunity to solidify his place on a roster filled with uncertainty.

Kyle Murphy • T • Green Bay Packers • First season • @KyleMurphy68

Injuries in Week 10 to offensive linemen David Bakhtiari and T.J. Lang will likely elevate Kyle Murphy to the Packers' gameday roster in Week 11. Murphy, a sixth-round selection in the 2016 NFL draft, is still behind Jason Spriggs on the depth chart, but could serve as a backup to both tackle positions against Washington on Sunday.

Matchup to Watch

Packers at Redskins
Four former Pac-12 All-Conference selections out of Stanford – Blake Martinez, Ty Montgomery, Kyle Murphy and Trent Murphy – face off in Sunday's matchup between Green Bay and Washington. Martinez will have more responsibility on his shoulders with the likely absence of Jake Ryan, while Montgomery hopes to get back on track after an uneventful outing in Tennessee. In Week 10, Trent Murphy recorded his seventh sack of 2016, which is tied for eighth in the NFL.

Injury Report

Henry Anderson returned to full practice for Indianapolis after the team's bye week and is expected to play for the first time since Week 6. Ty Montgomery missed practice on Wednesday with illness and his status for Sunday's visit to Washington is up in the air. Zach Ertz missed practice on Thursday with a hamstring injury after being a limited participant on Wednesday.

Week 11 Byes

Austin Hooper • TE • Atlanta Falcons • First season • @AustinHooper18
Hooper has appeared on 38 percent of Atlanta's offensive snaps over the first 10 games. He currently leads rookie tight ends in yards/catch (16.6) and ranks second in receptions (15), yards (249) and touchdowns (2). On Monday, the Falcons announced that Jacob Tamme would miss the remainder of the season, opening the door for Hooper to take over as the top receiving tight end.

Levine Toilolo • TE • Atlanta Falcons • Fourth season • @LevineToilolo
Toilolo reached Atlanta's bye week having appeared on 50 percent of the Falcons' offensive snaps. He has caught seven of 11 targets for 127 yards and two touchdowns, both 32-yard strikes from Matt Ryan. With Jacob Tamme out for the season, Toilolo and fellow former Cardinal Austin Hooper will carry most of the workload at tight end.

Griff Whalen • WR • San Diego Chargers • Fifth season • @GriffWhalen
Whalen has made five appearances for San Diego since joining in September. With Keenan Allen and Danny Woodhead already out for the year and Travis Benjamin banged up, Whalen will play an expanded role for San Diego down the stretch – over the past two weeks, Whalen has played 104 snaps on offense.
