STANFORD, Calif
. – Six members of the U.S. National Collegiate Championship runner-up Stanford women's synchronized swimming team have earned All-American honors, including senior Marisa Tashima, who becomes only the 10th four-time recipient in program history.
 
Senior Isabella Park, juniors Clare McGovern, Sandra Ortellado and Erica Slavin, and sophomore Rachel Hyon, were also selected following last week's competition in Columbus, Ohio.
 
Tashima, a product design major from Lafayette, California, finished third in trio with Hyon and Park, and also helped the Cardinal place second in the team free routine. She was also recognized in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
 
Park and Ortellado made the All-American team for the third time. Park also competed in the second-place team routine, while Ortellado, Slavin and McGovern won the trio, and Ortellado and Slavin secured third in duet.
 
McGovern captured second in solo for the second consecutive year and was a repeat pick, as was Slavin. Both swam for Stanford's winning team contingent.
 
Previous four-time Collegiate All-Americans include: Madison Crocker (2010-13); current head coach Sara Lowe (2005-08); Poppy Carlig (2005-08); Lindsey Wigginton (1999-03); Stephanie Joukoff (2000-03); Katie Norris (2001-2; 2004-5); Shannon Montague (1998-01); and Vanessa Shaw (1996-99).
