Alumni Game Announced

STANFORD, Calif. – The Stanford baseball program will host its annual alumni game on Oct. 15 as part of reunion homecoming weekend, as announced by the program on Friday.

The game will take place on Sunday, Oct. 15, following the reunion homecoming football game against Oregon on Saturday. Head Coach David Esquer welcomes all former Cardinal players to The Farm for two competitions – a three-inning "old-timers" game will take place at Noon PT, followed by a 1:30 p.m. first pitch for alumni versus the current Stanford baseball team.

Following the game, a barbecue will take place at a location on campus to be determined – the barbecue costs $20 per person. For more information, or to RSVP, contact Stanford Baseball Director of Operations Jeanette Morganti at jmorganti@stanford.edu. Please specify if you are RSVPing for the "old-timers" game or the later contest at 1:30 p.m.

On Monday, Oct. 16, Stanford baseball hosts its annual golf tournament at the Stanford Golf Course. There will be a shotgun start at Noon, and the cost to play is $400 per player or $1,600 to sponsor a foursome.
