STANFORD, Calif. – The 26th-ranked Stanford women's gymnastics team will compete in the Salt Lake City-NCAA Regional on Saturday at 3 p.m. PT at the Huntsman Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. It marks the 35th consecutive year the Cardinal has qualified.

Hosted by Utah, other competing teams are Auburn, Cal, BYU, Southern Utah and Utah. Salt Lake City is one of six NCAA Regional sites. The top two teams and four individuals who are not members of advancing teams from each qualify for the NCAA Championships, April 20-21 in St. Louis.

The Cardinal will be led by lone senior Elizabeth Price, the 2018 Pac-12 Gymnast of the Year. She also received the award in 2016 and is the first in program history to accomplish it twice.

• Price enters the regionals ranked third nationally. She is tied for first on bars (9.960), third in all-around (39.825), tied for third in the floor exercise (9.960) and fourth on vault (9.935).

• Earlier this week, Price earned first-team All-Pac-12 honors on vault, bars, floor and in the all-around.

• Previously, Price was named a four-time All-American by the National Association of Collegiate Gymnastics Coaches in floor, bars, vault and all-around. She is now a 10-time All-American.

• A biomechanical engineering major from Coopersburg, Pennsylvania, Price has scored three perfect 10s this year: in the season-opening NorCal Classic on bars; against Cal on vault; and against UCLA in her last home meet in her final event on floor.

• Price is the only gymnast in school history to record 10s in three events. She also received a 10 on vault during her freshman season in 2015 against Oregon State, and her four perfect scores are the most at Stanford. All four were achieved on campus at Maples Pavilion.

• In addition to the three 10s this season, Price has registered season-highs of 9.975 on vault, 9.950 on balance beam and 39.825 in all-around.

• In 11 meets, Price has collected 30 firsts and has scored 9.900 or higher 29 times.

• Price established a career-high of 39.825 in all-around against UCLA on March 11. She has captured seven all-around titles in 2018.

• Price has scored 9.900 on bars and floor in 10 of 11 meets this season, and eight of 11 on vault.

• As a team, Stanford is ranked in the top 20 in the floor (19) and vault (20).

• Stanford tallied a season-high 196.650 points against UCLA (March 11, 2018).

• Stanford's 13-player roster includes nine underclassmen, including six true freshmen. Of the latter, Kyla Bryant, Rachael Flam, Lauren Navarro and Taylor Lawson have made the most significant contributions.

• Bryant has led off on bars in every meet.

• Due to injuries, Stanford will compete with six on bars for just the fifth time this season.

• Price has been recognized as Pac-12 Gymnast of the Week three time this season and seven during her four-year career. Freshmen Rachael Flam (Feb. 6) and Kyla Bryant (Feb. 13) have been honored as Pac-12 Newcomers of the Week.

• First-year Stanford head coach Tabitha Yim is the most decorated women's gymnast in program history. She was a 14-time All-American and earned a biology degree in 2008.

• Live scoring can be found at GoStanford.com. The meet will also be live streamed.
