GOLD RIVER, Calif. – Stanford men's rowing took bronze in all three of its races in Sunday's Pac-12 Championships, earning bronze as a team in the regatta held at Lake Natoma.

"Our second and third varsity boats raced exceptionally well, both defeating Oregon State by a solid margin," said head coach Craig Amerkhanian. "Our varsity eight rowed to a strong third-place finish against top competition."

The Cardinal's third varsity eight began the morning with Stanford's first third-place finish of the day by outdueling Oregon State in the last 100 meters. Stanford's time of 06:32.267 surpassed the Beavers' time by two seconds, who finished with a 06:34.842.

With the Pac-12 Championships complete, Stanford turns its focus to the Intercollegiate Rowing Association (IRA) Championships, which take place June 1-3 in West Windsor, New Jersey. The Cardinal will await its selection status during the first-ever IRA National Championship Selection Show, which will be broadcast at 4:30 p.m. PT on Tuesday, May 15.
