STANFORD, Calif. – Headlined by six first team selections, 18 members of the Stanford women's rowing program were named to the Pac-12 Conference all-academic teams.
Stanford's 18 selections were the second most in the Pac-12. The Cardinal has totaled 95 all-academic selections over the last five seasons.
The Cardinal placed six on the first team with the selections of Anika Christofferson, Lindy Clute, Megan Cvitanovic, India Robinson, Alie Rusher and Leigh Warner.
Stanford's varsity eight, which placed fourth at the NCAA Championships in May, features two first team honorees in Rusher and Warner.
Second team all-academic honorees included Erin Barry, Mariko Kelly, Madi Kist, Devin Norder, Meg Saunders, Chase Shepley and Rena White.
Stephanie Grauer, Karli Kirk, Margaret Seaton, Jade Thornton and Anja Zejfuss rounded out the honors as all-academic honorable mention recipients.
Stanford, ranked in the top 10 all season, finished fourth as a team at the NCAA Championships in Sarasota, Florida. It was the team's third podium finish in the last five seasons. The Cardinal's varsity eight also turned in a podium finish, placing fourth in the NCAA Championships.
