STANFORD, Calif. - ESPN's College GameDay broadcast will originate Saturday from the University of Oregon campus ahead of No. 7 Stanford's Pac-12 Conference contest against No. 20 Oregon at Autzen Stadium.
The show will air from 6-9 a.m. on ESPN, and will be staged in the grass area of Oregon's memorial quad, which is located between the Knight Library (south), Lillis Business Complex (north), Prince Lucien Campbell and Condon halls (west) and the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art and Chapman Hall (east) on the west side of campus near 13th Avenue and Kincaid Street.
ABC's Saturday Night Football airing of the Cardinal-Ducks matchup marks the return of the sport's most-watched franchise to Autzen Stadium for the first time since 2012. Then, the first-ranked Ducks also hosted Stanford in a game that the road team would win in overtime. Now, the Cardinal will be center stage in looking to pull off a similar victory in the 82nd matchup of the two schools.
Chris Fowler, Kirk Herbstreit and Maria Taylor will be in Eugene for the call of the game.
This will be the third time since 2010 that ESPN College GameDay has been in Eugene for Stanford's road game at Oregon (2010 and 2012).
Saturday's ESPN College GameDay appearance will be the 11th overall for Stanford.
