Zach Ertz joined Jimmy Graham, Antonio Gates and Jason Witten as the only tight ends in NFL history with at least 400 receptions in his first six seasons with another standout performance in Philadelphia's 25-22 win against the New York Jets. Ertz led the Eagles in targets (8), receptions (7) and yards (91), catching Carson Wentz's only touchdown pass in the comeback win while playing 80 percent of offensive snaps. With five games to play in the regular season, Ertz has already set a career high in yards (895) while his 84 receptions lead tight ends by 17.

Luck's streak of games with three or more touchdown passes reached eight, the second-longest streak in history, in Indianapolis' 27-24 comeback win against Miami. Luck tossed three touchdowns on 30 of 37 passing for 343 yards and a 109.8 passer rating. His 32 passing touchdowns ranks second in the league while the Colts have won five straight and are in the thick of the AFC playoff picture. Luck also caught his only target for four yards, his first career NFL reception.

Martinez appeared on all 70 defensive snaps and made a season-high 13 tackles to go with three run stops in Green Bay's 24-17 loss at Minnesota on Sunday night. Martinez's season total stands at 97 tackles, which ties for second in the NFL behind only Darius Leonard.

McCaffrey became the third player this decade with 100 rushing yards and 100 receiving yards in the same game as Carolina dropped a 30-27 decision against Carolina on Sunday. With nine touchdowns in his last six games, McCaffrey carried 17 times for 125 yards with one touchdown, catching all 11 targets for 112 yards and one touchdown while playing all 59 offensive snaps. McCaffrey has appeared on 97 percent of offensive snaps this season, the most of any running back by over 12 percent (Todd Gurley). He ranks 10th in the NFL with 71 receptions and ranks ninth with 757 rushing yards on 4.9 yards per carry.
