Christian McCaffrey • RB • Carolina Panthers • Second season • @CMcCaffrey5
McCaffrey's breakout season rolled on with another impressive showing in Carolina's 12-9 loss against New Orleans on Monday night. His 11 targets were seven more than any teammate while his eight receptions led the team by five, finishing with 170 all-purpose yards – 53 on the ground (15 attempts), 67 receiving and his first career touchdown pass, a 50-yard strike on fourth down to Chris Manhertz for the Panthers' only touchdown of the day. Joining Walter Payton (1985) as the only players in the Super Bowl era with 50 or more passing, rushing and receiving yards, McCaffrey's 1,747 yards from scrimmage are a franchise record and rank fourth in the NFL. He is also appearing on a ridiculous 97.7 percent of offensive snaps, well ahead of Le'Veon Bell's 85.3 percent which led the league in 2017.
What can't he do?

He's now played 97.7% of Carolina's offensive snaps this season.
He's missed 21 snaps all season.
This level of RB play-time is completely unprecedented since PFF has been tracking it ('06)

Solomon Thomas • DL • San Francisco 49ers • Second season • @SollyThomas90
Thomas finished with two tackles on a season-high 65 defensive snaps (87 percent) of in San Francisco's 26-23 overtime win against Seattle, but his impact went beyond the stat sheet. Registering two quarterback hurries, Thomas forced several holding penalties against the Seahawks down the stretch from his favored interior position – he earned an 80.9 grade from Pro Football Focus on 38 snaps from the interior.
Seahawks last 4 possessions of 4Q/OT ended by Solomon Thomas (3 forced holds and forced sack (by Buckner) when Doug was wide open for what would've been a 1st down in RZ. Stats don't show it all, turn on the tape!!
